龙岩市流感监测结果分析

Analysis on Surveilance Result of Influenza in Longyan City

目的探索流感流行规律 ,制定防制方案 ,有效预防流感。方法对门诊就诊的上感病例进行流行病学观察 ;采用常规鸡胚双腔法分离流感病原 ;并用微量血凝抑制试验 (HI)法测定人群免疫水平。结果 1999年及2 0 0 0年未检出流感病原 ,2 0 0 1年分离到A1(H1N1)亚型流感病原 12株。正常人群免疫水平 ,1999年以A3 (H3N2 )亚型阳性率最高 ,占 79 2 5 % (GMT62 78) ;2 0 0 0年以A1(H1N1)亚型阳性率最高 ,占 88 68% (GMT79 42 ) ;2 0 0 1年以A1(H1N1)亚型阳性率最高 ,占 76 40 % (GMT5 4 2 8)。两系乙型流感中本市只有一个系在人群中有抗体 ,另一系在低年龄组人群中未检出抗体。结论 2 0 0 1年本市局部发生A1(H1N1)亚型流感流行。人群中A1型流感免疫水平较高 ,如果没有发生抗原变异 ,今年A1型流感流行的可能性不大。但A3 (H3N2 )及乙型流感免疫水平较低 。

Objective To study the epidemic characteristics of influenza, and establish the defending system for preventing influenza effectively. Methods To proceed the epidemiological observation with the outpatients who took the breath infection, adopt the embryonate chicken egg's double cavity method to isolate influenza virus and determine the crowd's antibody level with microplate hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test. Results No influenza virus was isolated in 1999 and 2000, but 12 strains of influenza A1(H1N1) in 2001. The highest positive rate of subtype A3(H3N2) was 79.25%(GMT62.78) in 1999, and the highest positive rate of subtype A1(H1N1) was 88.68%(GMT79.42) in 2000, and the highest positive rate of subtype A1(H1N1) was 76.40%(GMT54.28) in 2001. Of the two series of B type influenza, only one series antibody appeared in the locate crowd, the other series weren't found in the local younger crowd. Conclusion In 2001, A1(H1N1) influenza occurred, and A1 type influenza virus antibody level was higher. If there was no antigen variation, A1 type influenza was not likely to spread. But A3(H3N2) and B type influenza virus antibody level was lower, and should enhance to defend.
