摘要 从化学反应角度分别讨论了原料油、操作条件和催化剂或助剂对催化裂化汽油化学组成的影响,通过计算烯烃转化率、烯烃裂化率和烯烃参与氢转移率,给出了定量技术评价指标供实际应用时参考。针对我国催化裂化汽油烯烃含量较高给清洁燃料带来的不利因素,探讨了在装置内就地进行汽油改质的几种工艺技术,并联系裂化、氢转移、缩合等化学反应进行了解释。 The article,in terms of chemical reactions, discusses separately the effect of feedstock, operating conditions and catalysts/additives on the chemical composition of FCC gasoline. By working out the relative extent of conversion, cracking and hydrogen transfer reactions of the olefines contained in FCC gasoline, a set of quantitative technical index are introduced for evaluation purposes. Considering the negative factors against the clean fuel specifications due to the relative high olefin content of FCC gasoline in China, the article discusses several technologies of the upgrading of FCC gasoline inside the unit, providing interpretations for the chemical reactions relating to cracking, hydrogen transfer as well as condensation.
