摘要
为客观评价各工艺参数对碱式碳酸铜质量的相对贡献 ,首次运用通径系数法对主要工艺参数与碱式碳酸铜质量的关系进行了探讨。分析结果表明 :D(指示NaHCO3 /Na2 CO3 混合液用量的pH值 )起的作用最大 ,所有的生产工艺参数除了具有直接影响外 ,还有不同程度间接影响。剩余项的通径系数表明 ,洗涤是极其重要的。因此 ,加强D(指示NaHCO3 /Na2 CO3 混合液用量的pH值 )
In order to assess the relative contribution of main technical parameters to the quality of cupric subcarbonate, The authors apply path coefficient for the first time to analyze the relation between the technical parameter and the quality of cupric subcarbonate. Results indicate that the affection of D(pH value indicated the dosage of NaHCO 3 and Na 2CO 3 mixture solution ) is the largest, there are apparent indirect influences on the quality of cupric subcarbonate among the production technical parameter besides direct influence. The remainder path coefficient shows that washing is very important. So, Strengthening the management of D(pH value indicated the dosage of NaHCO 3 and Na 2CO 3 mixture solution ) and of washing helps to produce high quality cupric subcarbonate.
