摘要
为了降低聚合物电解质燃料电池(PEFC)的成本,提高直接甲醇聚合物电解质燃料电池(DMFC)中正极催化剂对甲醇渗漏的不敏感性,开发全新的氧还原电催化剂以替代传统的铂(Pt)催化剂的工作正在展开。详细描述了金属酞菁类大环化合物(MPc)代替Pt在PEFC中作为氧还原电催化剂的使用和各种MPc构型及处理方法对氧还原电催化活性的影响。从理论上对MPc的氧还原电催化机理进行了介绍,并给出金属酞菁类化合物在PEFC中作为氧还原催化剂的使用方法。
For the purpose of reducing the cost of polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFCs) and increasing carbon monoxide-tolerance capacity, a lot of research work is carried out. There are mainly two ways of developing new catalysts to substitute the traditional platinum-based electrocatalysts in PEFCs: one is using inorganic material to replace Pt in PEFCs, such as metal oxides, alloys, etc.; the other is applying transition metal macrocycles phthalocyanine-like compounds (MPc) as electrocatalys for the reduction of O2 in cells. The use of phthalocyanine-like compounds as electrocatalysts for the reduction of oxygen in PEFCs was reviewed in detail. Through the studies of MPcs configurations and different ways of electrocatalystic treatment, some factors that effect activities of MPcs catalysts are found out and further more, are given explanation in theory.
