电极集流网是电极的一个重要组成部分,它对电池性能有着极其重要的影响。拉网常作为大功率锌银动力电池的轻型骨架。针对三种不同质量、不同结构的集流网,进行试验和比较,集流网导流截面积越大,网眼大小越合理,放电效果越好。以150mA/cm2电流密度放电时,集流网3(3mm×1.5mm×0.3mm)性能最好(放至1.30V为18min30s)。当电池组质量要求苛刻时,结合在实际电池中的应用,可选用集流网1(6mm×3mm×0.4mm)以满足性能要求(放电至1.30V为17min30s)。并为大功率锌银系列电池轻型集流网的选择提供了设计和试验依据。
Grid is an important part in plate, which has great effect on performance of AgZn battery. The cutgrid is commonly used as the light grid for AgZn power battery with high power. Three grids with various weight and structures were tested and compared. The results show that large section area of current transmitting and fitting mesh size lead to good discharge performance. The grid 3 (3 mm×1.5 mm×0.3 mm) has the best discharge performance (18 min 30 s to 1.3 V) at the current density of 150 mA/cm2. When the specification of battery weight is rigorous, choose the grid 1 (6 mm×3 mm×0.4 mm) to meet the performance requirement (17 min 30 s to 1.30 V). The basis of design and examination was provided to choose the light grid for AgZn power battery with high power.
