摘要
采用钛上镀铜负极板栅,可以提高铅酸蓄电池的质量比能量。研究了钛上镀铜负极板栅的寿命。实验负极为镀铜复合钛板栅,正极为铅锑合金(Pb 7%Sb)板栅,电解液为ρ=(1.295±0.005)g/cm3(30℃)的硫酸,以2C20电流放电1h后,以2C20电流充电5h,组成一次小循环,36次小循环后再以5h率检查放电,这样组成一个大循环单元。实验结果表明,钛上镀铜负极板栅经过3个大循环单元后,镀铜层无腐蚀,电池容量仍然在0.7C5以上,与铅基板栅性能相近,可用于实际生产中。
The specific energy of leadacid battery can be improved by using titanium negative grid plated with copper. The life of titanium negative grid plated with copper was researched. The experimental battery consisted of the titanium negative grid plate with copper, the (Pb7% Sb) positive grid and the H2SO4 electrolyte 1.295±0.005). It was discharged at 2 C20 for 1 h and then charged at 2 C20 for 5 h to form a cycle. After 35 small cycles, it was discharged at 5 h rate to form a big cycle. The experimental results show that the cooper plating layer on the titanium negative grid is not corroded and the capacity of battery is still more than 0.7 C5 which is similar to the performance of the battery using leadbased grid.
