新疆克州旅游资源开发利用对策研究

Research in the Strategy of the Exploitation of THE Tourist Resources in Kizilsu Kergez Prefecture of Xinjiang

90年代初第二亚欧大桥的开通 ,为西部特别是新疆的对外开放和社会经济的发展带来新的机遇。国家对开发建设西部地区的高度重视和各种政策的向西倾斜又提供了前所未有的机遇。现西部资源大规模开放和全方面发展的态势已经出现。 1 999年底南疆铁路向西延伸通车对沿线地区各类资源的开发利用提供了新的机遇。本文在新疆克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州 (以下简称克州 )旅游资源实地调查的基础上着重论述并分析其庄稼活资源的类型及特征 ,旅游业现状及其存在的问题 ,最后提出了克州旅游资源的开发利用对策措施。

At the beginning of 90's,the accomplishing of the Eurasian Continental Bridge gave better chances for northwest China,especially for opening up Xinjiang and developing social economy of Xinjiang. Government's preferential policies.The trend of exploitation of west China resources on the large scale and full development of Kashi also brings a new chance to exploit and utilize various resources along the railway. Based on the investigation of the tourist resources in Kizilsu Kergez prefecture,the features of types of the tourist resources are discussed in the paper,and analyze the characters of the tourism resources in Kizilsu Kergez prefecture,the author has put forward suggestions on how to solve the existing problems of tourism industry and how to further developing tourism industry in the prefecture.
