不同经路前房注BSS预防青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房

BSS injection by different pathways to prevent shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy

目的 探讨不同经路前房注眼用平衡盐水(BSS)预防青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房的效果。方法 在青光眼小梁切除手术结束时,经角膜穿刺口或经巩膜瓣下前房注BSS。结果 经角膜穿刺口前房注BSS,共28例31眼作为观察组,术后浅前房3眼(10％)。经巩膜瓣下前房注BSS,共30例36眼作为对照组,术后浅前房18眼(50％)。两组术后浅前房发生率比较,X2检验,P<0.01。结论 前房注BSS预防青光眼小梁切除术后浅前房。经角膜穿刺口优于经巩膜瓣下前房注BSS。

Aim To study the effects of BSS injection into anterior chamber from different pathways to prevent shallow anterior chamber after glaucoma trabeculectomy. Methods At the end of trabeculectomy, BSS was injected into anterior chamber through the puncture mouth in 31 eyes (28 cases) in Group A or from below the scleral valve in 36 eyes (30 cases) in Group B. Results After trabeculectomy, shallow anterior chamber occurred in 3 eyes (10%) in Group A and in 18 eyes (50%) in Group B (P<0.01). Conclusion BSS injection into anterior chamber can prevent shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy and the effect is more obvious when the injection is made through the puncture mouth than from below the scleral valve.
