酮康唑粉剂联合润尔乐治疗真菌性角膜溃疡

Ketoconazole powder with frecoseryl eyedrops in the treatment of fungal corneal ulcer

目的 探讨酮康唑粉剂与润尔乐眼药水联合局部应用治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的效果。方法 对30例(30眼)真菌性角膜溃疡患者,用酮康唑粉剂与润尔乐眼药水混合局部涂抹于角膜溃疡处。结果 除1例重型因角膜穿孔和眼内炎行眼内容物剜出术外,其余29例均取得明显治疗效果。结论 酮康唑粉剂联合润尔乐眼药水治疗真菌性角膜溃疡疗效好,作用快,方法简便,无明显毒副作用。

Aim To study the curative effects of ketoconazole powder preparation combined with frecoseryl eyedrops on fungal corneal ulcer. Methods The powder preparation, combined with the eyedrops, was smeared locally on the area of comeal ulcer in 30 cases. Results In 30 cases there were 29 cases with evident effects, except 1 severe case on which evisceration was performed because of corneal perforation and endophthalmitis. Conclusion The method is convenient, effective, and has no side effect
