摘要
目的探索釉基质蛋白对再植牙根吸收的预防作用,解决牙再植后根吸收并最终导致牙齿脱落现象。方法通过随机、对照、双盲法等流行病学方法,将釉基质蛋白应用于SD大鼠再植牙的根面和牙槽窝中,在2和4周时间点取标本制成牙根磨片,观察牙根面的吸收情况并对结果进行统计学分析。结果第1,2组(腹壁异位移植)牙根面吸收情况,2周实验组与2周对照组比较χ2=2.051,P>0.05,2周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=4.021,P<0.05,2周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=4.211,P<0.05,4周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=7.853,P<0.05;第3,4组(干燥30min再植)牙根面吸收情况,2周实验组与2周对照组比较χ2=2.222,P>0.05,4周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=4.013,P<0.05,2周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=3.130,P>0.05,4周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=5.230,P<0.05;第5,6组(去牙周膜再植)牙根面吸收情况,2周实验组与2周对照组比较χ2=2.296,P>0.05,4周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=5.698,P<0.05,2周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=1.569,P>0.05,4周实验组与4周对照组比较χ2=4.528,P<0.05。结论釉基质蛋白能有效降低再植牙根吸收的发生率。
Aim To evaluate the preventive effect of enamel matrix proteins (EMPs) on root sorption of tooth replantation for prevention of root sorption and tooth abscission.Methods The trial was a randomized, controlled and double blinded study. Thirty SD rates were randomly divided into six groups of five rats each. The incisors obtained from rats were replanted with EMPs on the surfaces and in the alveolar sockets. The specimens were used to make root ground section at 2 and 4weeks after replantation. The root ground sections underwent optical sectioning microscopy to observe the condition of sorption and analyze in results.Results In the groups with heterotopic transplantation to abdominal wall, there was an insignificant difference in the sorption between the control and experimental groups at 2 weeks (χ2=2.051,aP >0.05)but a significant difference between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks (χ2=4.021,P< 0.05),between the experimental group at 2 weeks and control group at 4 weeks(χ2=3.130,P >0.05) and between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks(χ2=7.853,P >0.05).In the groups replanted 30 min after drying, there was an insignificant difference between the experimental and control groups at 2 weeks(χ2=2.222,P >0.05),but a significant difference between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks(χ2=4.013,P< 0.05) and between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks(χ2=5.230,P< 0.05).In the groups replanted after 30 min removing PDL, there was an significant difference between the experimental and control groups at 2 weeks(χ2=2.222, P >0.05),but a significant difference between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks(χ2=5.698,P < 0.05)and between the experimental and control groups at 4 weeks(χ2=4.528,P< 0.05).Conclusion EMPs effectively reduce the rate of roots resorption of replanted teeth.
