头部皮神经痛的临床及治疗特征

Clinical characteristics and treatment of scalp neuralgia

目的头部皮神经痛易被误认为偏头痛。介绍头部皮神经痛的临床特点有助于患者获得恰当治疗。方法选择头部皮神经痛患者88例,治疗方法为采用泼尼松龙混悬液加麻药局部注射神经最易受到卡压或刺激而致痛的部位。结果所有病例皆在注射后短时完全止痛,多数病例1周后痊愈,少数病例经两三次,间隔1周注射后痊愈。结论对诊断明确的病例,采取泼尼松龙注射法,可以获得满意的疗效。

Aim Scalp neuralgia is usually misdiagnosed as migraine. Based on the fundamental knowledge, especially the head anatomy, this study introduced the diagnosis and treatment of scalp nerve neuralgia. Methods Eight eight outpatients certainly diagnosed scalp neuralgia were selected and treated with local injection of prednisolone plus local anesthetic to nerve which was entrapped or irritated so as to induce neuralgia. Results Pain was relieved immediately after injection for a short time in all cases. Most of the patients recovered one week after. Few of them recovered treated with 2～3 times injections two weeks after.Conclusion Based on the certain diagnosis of the scalp neuralgia, local injection of prednisolone is an efficient method to cure neuralgia.
