摘要
根据某火炮的结构特点和分析要求,把一些工程元件简化成刚体,另一些工程元件简化成弹簧,用有限多个质量、转动惯量、弹簧和阻尼形成一个离散的参数系统,从而得到火炮系统的简化模型。通过对模型的讨论,运用机械结构动力学的理论,分析了火炮总体参数中的L_e值、L_d值、起落部分的刚度系数k以及弹丸的质量偏心和身管的制造误差对火炮发射瞬间的炮口扰动的影响,定量分析了影响炮口扰动的因素。
According to the features and analysis of a howitzer,some components are considered as rigid bodies and some as springs. A discrete parameter system is built by finite multi mass, rotary inertia, springs and buffering. Hence a simplified model is established. By the model and mechanical dynamics, the effects of value L, and Ld,stiffness coefficient of elevating mechanism,mass decentration of projectile and manufacturing allowance of tube on muzzle disturbance are studied. Quantitative analysis for muzzle disturbance factors are acquired,which can be a guide to the active engineering process.
