With west development, college journals play a transmissible and inheritable role in spreading culture and information of science and technology and make great efforts to serve the science-tech education to meet the demands of west development as the times goes by. The new developing idea should be formed and broadened. Sustainable development of college journals can be carried out through positive practice.
