配电网可靠性评估的网络等值法模型研究 被引量:192

摘要 配电网可靠性是电力系统可靠性三大组成部分之一,相对于发电及输电系统的可靠性研究,配电环节的可靠性研究一直处于较弱的水平;而复杂配网的可靠性评估更是一个薄弱环节。该文通过对配电网工作机理的分析,介绍了对带有复杂分支馈线的配电网可靠性评估的网络等值法,同时指出了原IEE文献中网络等值法所采用的数学模型中没有考虑各分支馈线首端所设断路器的影响的不足,并给出了修正的网络等值法数学模型,该模型较完备地考虑了熔断器、断路器、备用变压器等设备的影响,与原模型相比,修正后的模型具有更宽的适应面,更适合馈线中设有断路器的系统。能更真实地反应配网的实际情况。 A method of reliability-network-equivalent of distribution systems is introduced based on analyzing the working mechanism of the distribution systems. The deficiency of the mathematic model of the reliability-network-equivalent, given in the IEE reference is pointed out. The model in the IEE reference doesnt consider the effect of the breaker installed at the sending end of feeders. A modified mathematic model of the reliability-network-equivalent considering the effect of the breaker in the feeders is also presented in the paper. The modified model can be applied to any distribution system even with breakers installed in feeders.
