阶梯波合成逆变器的单脉宽调制调压技术研究 被引量:19

摘要 该文提出将PWM技术应用于阶梯波合成逆变器,以实现逆变器的输出电压调节。该文分析了方案的基本原理和性能,将单脉冲调制应用于12阶梯波逆变器,可以在较大的输入电压范围内调节输出电压同时保证波形具有良好的正弦性。研制的80kVA逆变器证明了该技术的可行性,由于功率管开关频率低,具有效率高的突出优点。 Using the pulse width modulation (PWM) scheme to the staircase waveform inverters is discussed in this paper. The control strategy and system performance are analyzed. While the single pulse width modulation is used, the 12 staircase inverter can achieve the ousput voltage regulated in a wide range of input voltage as well as the perfect output waveform. This scheme has been verified in a 80kVA inverter. The experiments resulted in that it is a perfect method to the developing of high power converters with high efficiency because the low switching frequency is used.
