摘要
该文利用直接模拟蒙特卡罗数值模拟方法,分析了凝汽器喉部扩散角度对其汽阻以及流场均匀性和稳定性的影响。通过计算和理论分析,得到了喉部压力损失随喉部扩散角的变化关系,并提出了临界扩散角的概念;分析和比较了不同喉部扩散角时的喉部出口流场分布。最后,从这两方面对汽轮机凝汽器喉部的扩散角进行了优化分析,得到结论:在临界扩散角以下适当扩大喉部扩散角可以有效地减小汽阻,而小的喉部扩散角可以带来更均匀的出口流场。
The influence of diffuse-angle of condenser throat upon its vapor resistance, even property and stability of its flowfield is analyzed by ussing the direct simulation of Monte Carlo. Through calculation and analysis, the variation relation of pressure losses with the diffuse-angle in the throat is obtained, and the conception of critical diffuse-angle is proposed. On the other hand, the distribution of flowfield at throat outlet is gained and compared. Finally, from two aspects said above, the diffuse-angle of condenser throat is optimized and discussed, and come into a conclusion: the pressure loss of the throat can be reduced with enlarging the throat-angle within critical diffuse-angle, while smaller throat-angle leads to a more even flowfield at throat outlet.
