摘要
作者提出了一种用微波低温等离子体对橡胶材料表面进行改性处理的方法,并分析了橡胶表面改性处理的工作机理。通过橡胶表面接触角和光电子能措(XPS)的测定,发现经微波等离子体处理后的橡胶试片,其表面湿润性得到显著改善,表面极性基因大大增加。拉伸剪切强度试验显示,经微波等离子体处理后的橡胶试片与粘合剂的粘合强度显著增大。
In this paper, the idea and method for surface modification of rubber using low temperature microwave plasma are provided, and the theory of microwave plasma surface modification of rubber is discussed. It is discovered that the contact angle between the liquid and the treated surface of rubber obviously decreases with greatly improving water wettability, the polar functional groups of the modified surface of rubber greatly increase from ESCA, and the adhesion of the rubber treated with microwave plasma to steel evidently increases.
