胸部放疗患者肋软骨区疼痛与辐射剂量的关系

ANALYSIS ON THE RADIATION DOSE AND PAIN IN THE COSTAL CARTILAGE REGION AFTER CHEST RADIOTHERAPY

目的 :分析胸部放疗的患者肋软骨区的辐射剂量与患者肋软骨区疼痛发生的关系。方法 :6 5例胸部接受放疗的患者 ,书面调查肋软骨区疼痛情况 ,回顾性调查患者的放射治疗计划(TPS)和剂量分布 ,分析疼痛部位与放射剂量的关系。结果 :16例在治疗中感觉肋软骨区疼痛 (16 /5 2 ,30 .7% ) ,局部剂量在 4 0 0 0 c Gy～ 5 5 0 0 c Gy;32例患者前后肋剂量相当。结论 :应使肋软骨区疼痛的局部剂量在 4 0 0 0 c Gy～ 5 5 0 0 c Gy;肋软骨较肋骨、软组织对放射更为敏感。

Objective:To analysis the radiation doses at the costal cartilage region in patients who received chest radiotherapy.Methods:65 cases of patients were inquired about their pain at the costal cartilage regions,then investigaed the local doses of their treatment planing system (TPS) in computed tomography(CT).The relation between pain and the dosage, positions and the dosage were analyzed. Results:16 cases felt pain at the costal cartilage regions (16/52,30.7%), their radiational dosage are from 4000cGy to 5500cGy. Among 32 cases, dosage in the costal cartilage is similar to that in the rib and soft tissues. Conclusion:Pain at the costal cartilage region reference to higher radiation dosage, the costal cartilage is more sensitive than rib and soft tissues to radiation.
