精神分裂症患者童年性虐待情况的调查

Childhood Scxual Abusc in Adults With Schizophrcnia

目的调查精神分裂症患者童年性受虐情况 ,分析探讨儿童性虐待与精神分裂症的关系。方法采用自编《童年生活经历问卷》 ,对 2 16例符合研究条件的精神分裂症病人进行回顾性调查。结果有 33 33%的病人报告他们在童年时期遭遇过性虐待。女性报告率为 4 3 6 % ,男性为 2 2 6 % ,女性明显多于男性 (X2 =10 70 7,P<0 0 0 1)。结论儿童性虐待可能与受害者在成年后出现精神分裂症的症状有关 ,临床医生要注意了解病人的童年性受虐史 。

Objective: This study investigated the history of childhood sexual abuse in the adults with schizophrenia ,and discussed the relationship between the childhood sexual abuse and schizophrenia Methods : In 216 adult inpatients with schizophrenia, authors investigated their history of childhood sexual abuse by the questionnaire Results: Seventy-two of the 216 patients (33 33 percent) reported they had experienced sexual abuse as children, woman reported childhood sexual abuse was 43 6 percent, man 22 6 percent ,there was a significant difference between them( χ 2=10 707,p< 0 001) Conclusions: The results show that childhood sexual abuse may be associated with the onset of schizophrenia We suggest that psychiatrists pay attention to the history of the adults with schizophrenia,specially female patients
