摘要
介绍了以三氧化二钒为原料电硅热法生产中钒铁(FeV50)工艺,探讨了配硅系数和炉渣组成对FeV50冶炼的影响。稳定试验结果表明,按照试验提供的工艺参数,可以稳定地获得质量符合GB4139-87标准的钒铁产品,钒的平均回收率为96.84%。
The technical process of production FeV50 by electrosilicothermal method using vanadium trioxide as raw materials was introduced. The effect of silicon match coefficient and slag composition on FeV50 ferrovanadium smelting was discussed. It is concluded that the ferrovanadium based on GB4139-87 standard can be fluently produced under the test selected conditions,and the average recovery rate of vanadium reaches 96.84%。
