摘要
在阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠存在下的水溶液中 ,基于金纳米粒子产生的表面等离子体共振吸收的原理 ,提出了一个分光光度方法。结果表明在 5 2 4nm处的共振吸收强度与金质量浓度在 2 .4~ 1 2 0 μg/mL范围内服从比尔定律。其线性回归方程为 :c =5 5 .5 8A + 0 .78,相关系数为 0 .9998。
A new spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of gold based on the surface plasma absorption of gold nanoparticles in the presence of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The absorption peak was at 524 nm in the constant concentration of the surfactant. Beer′s law was obeyed in the concentration range of gold over 2.4~120 μg/mL. Linear regression equation was c =55.58 A +0.78 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998. The method was applied to the analysis of gold in carrying gold carbon.
