摘要
本文采用在乙酸锌、酒石酸介质中蒸馏分离出土壤中氰化物然后用分光光度法测定氰化物含量。在中性或弱酸性介质中 ,氰离子和氯胺T反应 ,转变成氯化氰 ,再与吡啶作用 ,水解后生成戊烯二醛 ,然后与吡啶啉酮生成蓝色聚亚甲基染料 ,其颜色吸光度与一定含量的氰离子浓度成正比。选定波长 6 15nm处 ,测其吸光度值。本方法的检出限为 0 .0 1μg/g。
s In this paper, it was recommended by means of spectrophotometry for determination of cyanide in soil samples after distillation in zinc acetate and tartaric acid solution. Cyanide ions react with chloramines-T and transfer into chloride cyanide in neutral or weak acid solution. Then they react with pyridine and form pentene-dialdehyde after hydrolysis, finally form poly sub-methyl blue dye after reacting with pyrazolone. In certain content of cyanide ion, there becomes direct proportion with its color absorbance. Determine the value of absorbance at the wavelength of 615nm. The detection limit is 0.01 μg/g.
