摘要
介绍一种简便实用的DNA片段回收方法,与以前所报道的DEAE-纤维素膜电泳法、透析袋电洗脱法、低融点琼脂糖凝胶法、凝胶冻融法等相比,所需器材简单、操作简便、回收率高、成本低。回收的DNA片段在进一步克隆和测序中表现出较好的效果。
The method of recovering DNA band introduced in this paper was convenient and practical.Compared with the DEAE-cellulose membrane electrophoretic method,dialysis membrane electroelution method,low gelling tem-perature agarose gels method,and gel freezing and thawing method,it was simple requirement of equipments,easy operation,high rate of recovery,and low cost.The results showed better in the cloning and sequencing with the re-covered DNA band.It was an experiment method fit for both research and education.
