国外防治重症急性呼吸综合征的措施概况

Actions taken to prevent severe acute respiratory syndrome outside China

目前重症急性呼吸综合征(SARS)的疫情仍处于不稳定状态,并且呈现蔓延之势,引起了全球的重视。为了有效地控制其流行,打赢与SARS的战争,包括中国在内的许多国家和地区纷纷采取了强有力的预防和治疗措施,竭尽全力将疫情控制在最小的范围之内。本文通过介绍世界各国针对SARS所采取的行之有效的反应措施,了解一些相关情况及经验,以开阔我们的眼界,同时冀望对建立和完善我国在突发性传染病、环境灾难以及生化恐怖袭击等公共危机突发事件的应急反应机制上提供借鉴意义。

The epidemic situation of SARS is still an uncertainty,which has caused global concern.An increasing number of countries and regions including China have taken effective measures to contain the spread of SARS.This paper introduces some actions taken by some foreign countries in response to SARS,which,the author hopes,will provide some information and experiences for China's fight against the epidemic.No less significantly,we expect this paper to offer some clues in the way of perfecting the emergency response mechanism to deal with the sudden onset of crisis emergencies such as infectious diseases,environmental disaster,and biochemical terrorism attack.
