摘要 产品配置生成的方便性、灵活性和智能化是配置方法研究的重要内容。配置方案求解是一个复杂的基于知识的推理过程。智能化产品配置是人工智能在产品管理中最成功的应用之一。基于对产品模型的分析,介绍了基于模型的产品配置过程,讨论了产品配置知识库的构建方法,提出了基于产品模型的智能化配置框架,并给出了智能产品配置的推理求解步骤。最后用一个汽车智能化配置实例说明了该方法的可行性。 The configuration process of complex product is one of the most successful application areas of knowledge-based systems in product management. Configuration solving is a complicated constraint-based reasoning process. Intelligent configuration method is significant research content in product configuration. Firstly the concept of product model is introduced and configuration method based on product model is put forward. Then the modeling method of configuration knowledge base is discussed. Model-based intelligent product configuration framework is presented. Finally an automobile configuration model is used as an example to show how to implement intelligent product configuration.
