摘要
将智能代理(Intelligent agent)技术引入装配生产线的计算机辅助质量监控系统,提出了基于智能代理的装配生产线在线质量监控的新方法。结合目前企业的装配生产线及其质量管理现状,建立了基于多代理的装配生产线在线质量监控智能结构,分析了系统中各种代理的功能,详细介绍了其中具有高度智能化并且对质量管理的自动化、智能化、实时性具有最重要作用的数据分析Agent和决策Agent的结构及其运行机制。最后,对代理间通信语言和系统运行作了简要介绍。
The intelligent agent technology is applied in the computer aided quality control system (CAQCS) for assembling production line(APL), and a novel method of APL quality control online based on intelligent agent is proposed. According to the actuality of APL and quality management in present enterprises, an intelligent structure of CAQCS based on multi-agent is established, and the function of all kinds of agents in this system is presented. Additionally, the structure and action mechanism of the data analyzing agent and decision-making agent, with the outstanding attributes of intelligence, which play the most important roles in the automatization, intelligentizing and quality management in real time, is introduced.
