摘要
在三坐标测量机上精确测量螺旋锥齿轮真实齿面的结构参数是定量评价其齿面几何质量的关键,是齿轮加工机床参数修正的基础。根据建立的理论验面模型,在齿面的旋转投影面上进行测量网格规划,得到网格节点的坐标和法线方向。由测量点数据,测量程序控制测针自动进行测量,从而测得真实齿面的结构参数。
The accurate measurement of the structure parameters of real tooth surface of spiral bevel gear with the coordinate measuring machine is the key to evaluate the geometric quality of the real tooth surface quantificationally, and the base of machine-settings correction. According to the theoretical tooth surface model, the measuring grids schema is accomplished on the rotary projection of tooth surface, and coordinates and the normal of the grids are obtained. Using the data of grids, the measurement process is completed automatically, the deviations of the real tooth surface from the theoretical one are obtained.
