制备了5 氟尿嘧啶 1 乙酸锌单晶,并作了晶体结构分析.晶体数据:单斜晶系、空间群P21/C(#14),a=0.8571(2)nm,b=1.2102(2)nm,c=1.0814(2)nm,V=1.1213(7)nm3,β=91.53(2)°,Dcalc=1.729g·cm-3,Z=2.对三种细菌的抑菌实验表明配合物比配体有强抑菌活性.

Crystal of 5fluorouracil1acetic Acid Complex with Zn(Ⅱ) has been prepared and characterized by an Xray crystal structure.Crystal date:monoclinic,space group P21/C(#14),a=0.8571(2)nm,b=1.2102(2)nm,c=1.0814(2)nm,V=1.1213(7)nm3,β=91.53°,Dc=1.729g·cm-3,Z=2.It has been found that both ligand and complex have an activity of inhibition against three bacteria strains.
