The standard of the honokiol was used as The experiment material. The activity of the fungistatic action was measured, which cause three kinds of ill on human which are Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Streptococcus. The results indicate that honokiol has strong activity of the fungistatic action to three kinds of bacteria,which can cause ill and the concentration of the fungistatic action is in the 10mg/L.
