电子碰撞引起的Hf和W元素的L-X射线产生截面比研究(英文)

摘要 本工作测量了元素Hf和W的L -X射线产生截面比Lβ/Lα 在从阈能到 3 2keV能区内同能量的函数关系 .实验结果表明 ,比值 Lβ/Lα 在阈能附近和入射能量有关 ,该特性完全不同于在较高能量处现有的 L 壳层数据及所有的 K 壳层数据 。 The x-ray production cross section ratios L β/L α of elements Hf and W were measured as functions of electron energies(from threshold up to 32 keV). The experimental results showed that ratio L β/L α at near threshold depends directly on incoming energy,which differs entirely from available L-shell data at higher energies and those on K-shell. Comparison with other results published and both theoretical predications have been performed.
