摘要
本文扼要分析了聚焦换能器的声场特性及焦柱的直径和长度,并应用到超声C扫描成像系统中,提供了一种定量研究缺陷的无损检测方法.将聚焦换能器运用到SiCp/Al复合材料的无损检测中,能够判定缺陷的尺寸和形状;并根据缺陷形状和分布判定其性质,同时也分析了缺陷对SiCp/Al复合材料力学性能的影响和缺陷形成的原因.
The sound field characteristic of focusing probe is briefly introduced, and the probe is applied to the Nondestructive Testing for SiCp/Al Composites by imaging device of UTCScanning. The sensitivity and accuracy of nondestructive testing are improved. By using the characteristic of focusing probe, the defect′s size and shape can be determined. Two workpieces of SiCp/Al Composites are tested.The experimental results are given.
