纳米CdS微粒的制备、表征及光催化性质研究 被引量:11

摘要 以CdSO4和Na2S为主要原料,分别在水热体系和油酸体系中制备了纳米CdS颗粒,通过X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)分析得出其尺寸约为10nm和4.6nm。将后者用于甲基橙溶液的脱色反应,结果表明,油酸体系中得到的纳米CdS颗粒具有较高的光催化活性。 Using CdSO4 and Na2S as the precursor, nanocrystalline CdS with a crystallite size of 4.6 nm was prepared in oleic acid system, while the same thing with a crystallite size of 10nm was prepared in hydrothermal system. The characteristics of obtained CdS were studied by XRD and TEM. The photocatalytic activities of the prepared samples were evaluated by decoloration reaction of methylorange. The results of experimentation showed that nanocrystalline CdS had good photocatalytic activities.
