摘要 利用模型辨识法 ,以双轴分排涡扇发动机为例 ,研究当监视参数较少时 ,发动机故障诊断的可行性及效果 .模型辨识法基于发动机性能仿真模型 ,在辨识的过程中利用了发动机平衡技术 ,考虑了模型的非线性 .故障诊断过程中详细讨论了典型工作状态的选择对诊断结果的影响 .研究表明 ,模型辨识法能够准确定量诊断发动机故障 ,并得到状态选择的原则 . The capability of model identification which bases engine performance diagnostics applied to a twin-spool and separated flow turbofan engine, was evaluated using limited monitoring parameters. The model identification was based on non-linear engine performance simulation code, so the non-linearity of the performance was considered by using of the balance technology between components of engine in the investigation. The influence of the amount of engine operating points to the diagnosis result was discussed. The investigation shows that the method can isolate different faults quantitatively with high accuracy, and the method of operating points choice is concluded.
