摘要 高水平的外源ZT抑制番茄子叶不定芽形成 ,导致畸形芽大量出现 ,延缓再生芽的生根过程。在低水平的ZT和高浓度的IAA共同作用下 ,不定芽的再生速度加快 ,正常芽比例增加 ,后期生根过程明显加快。 The results showed that high level of exogenous zeatin inhibited the regeneration of the adventitious buds, led to emergence of large amount of abnormal regenerated buds, and delayed the process of rooting. While under low level of exogenous zeatin used together with high level of exogenous IAA, the regeneration process was accelerated, the ratio of normal buds was raised and the rooting stage was also shortened.
