重点保卫目标的优选和排序成为防空作战的重要问题。只有优选重点保卫目标,集中防空兵力,有效地进行防空作战布置,才能确保重点目标不受或少受损失。在分析了影响重点保卫目标因素的基础上,利用多属性决策的特点和模糊原理,对重点保卫目标的优化选择进行了量化分析,给出了重点保卫目标的优选方法和排序准则。

It is a important problem to selecting and sequencing of the important targets defended for the area defence air,only if select the important targets defended,and centralize military strength,and effectively make campaign array of defence air,reduce loss of the important targets defended.In order to realize defence of important targets in modern area defence air,the selecting and sequencing of the important defending targets are a key link in defence air warfare command.The paper analysis the factors of affecting important targets selecting,and gives the selecting method and sequencing criterions by means of fuzzy principle.
