关于锆材的焊接

Welding for zirconium products

锆材是一种稀贵有色金属材料,用于化工类抗腐蚀材料在我国尚处于起步阶段,缺乏成熟的焊接经验。本文主要从锆材的特性进行分析,并与已有焊接实践经验的钛材及其它材料进行对比,提出焊接所需考虑的问题和应采取的措施,用以指导焊接试验和培训工作。

Zirconium is a type of rare non-ferrous met al material.Its use as corrosion-resisting materials by the chemical industry is at an initiate stage in China for lacking of rich experience in welding.In ord er to guide welding experiment and training,this article suggests some questi ons that should be taken into account and some measures that should be taken b y analysing the properties of zirconium and comparing with titanium and other ma terials which are well experienced.
