摘要
在条件相同的情况下,堆焊合金的耐磨性与组织有密切的关系。通过对几种不同成分的耐磨合金焊条焊接组织及耐磨性的对比分析可知,中碳Cr-Mo-V堆焊焊条均靠基体强化,得到高硬的马氏体组织,以提高其耐磨性。而高铬铸铁型焊条,在堆焊过程中出现较多裂纹,与其组织中有较多的硬质碳化物有关。同时,还对这两种试样熔合区特征及熔合区成分进行了分析比较。
In the same condition,wearabi li ty of hardfacing alloy has consanguineous relation with its organization.From t he results of contrast of a kind of heterogeneous wearable alloy welding rod sea l organization and wearability,we can find wearability of middle carbon Cr-Mo-V hardfacing rod dependding its body strength.But whether high chrome cast iron welding rod produces more crack in the overlaying process is with the relat ion of more horniness carbonization in its organization.At the same time,thi s paper analyses fusion character and fusion component of the two samples.
