摘要
为了在“入世”后的竞争获得胜利 ,祖国大陆需要实行“价格支持”、“绿箱政策”等农业保护政策 ,需要借鉴台湾经验 ,加大对农业、农村和农民的投入力度 ,对“三农”实行“国民待遇”政策 ,加大基础设施建设的投资。
Chinese government needs to adopt the agriculture protection policy such as “the price supporting” and “the green box” to stand for the competition after access to WTO. All levels of the government in the mainland to draw from the experience in Taiwan of China to carry out the socalled “the national treatment” to agriculture, rural residents and countryside areas by increasing the investment to the infrastructures for them.
