采用BOT投资方式 加快宁夏基础设施建设

QUICKEN THE BASIC INSTALLATION CONSTRUCTION IN NINGXIA BY THE MEANS OF BOT INVESTMENT

近几年来 ,BOT投资方式已成为许多国家发展基础设施的重要途径 ,宁夏作为西北内陆省区 ,长期以来由于财力不足 ,使其基础设施建设远远落后于国内其它省区 ,采取BOT投资方式无疑成为我区发展基础设施的有效方式。本文论述BOT投资的特点及优势 ,宁夏发展BOT投资的必要性与紧迫性 ,同时也指出我区在应用BOT投资时应注意的问题。

In recent years, the means of BOT investment have been applied by many countries. Ningxia is a remote outlying region of China, because of absence of fund, the basic construction in the region leaves behind other provinces, so it is the best way to use the BOT investment to develop the basic construction. This article discusses the characteristics, advantages of the BOT investment and the importance and essential to use the policy, at the same time, points out the problems of using the policy, and gives some suggestions.
