本文阐述了蔬菜中硝酸盐的累积机制及不同种类、品种、器官中蔬菜硝酸盐含量的差异以及施肥对蔬菜中硝酸盐含量的影响等。

It was the accumulation mechanism of the nitrate and the difference of the content of nitrate in vegetables under different kinds, variety, organ of vegetables. The effects of applying fertilizer on content of nitrate in the vegetables were conducted also.
