With the development of Internet,World Wide Web has become a huge distributed information space,which provides users a massive and valuable information resources.It is necessary for network administrators and users to quickly and truly discover Information with a specific topic,and issue the appointed column of web.This paper intro-duces a system which can automatically filtrate and issue Chinese network information for a specific topic.It also intro-duces design idea,key technology and method of implementation.
