电力系统稳定器控制功能的开发与应用

Development of PSS Control Function and its Application

为了保证电网的安全 ,川渝电网和华中电网联网后 ,五强溪水电厂应投入电力系统稳定器 ( PSS)。原设计未考虑到 PSS自动投入和反调节功能 ,针对计算机监控系统( EMS)和 PSS如何接口以及控制功能开发和应用等方面作了阐述。

Under the case of Chuanyu area grid connected to Central China area grid, the PSS in Wuqiangxi hydroelectric power plant should be put into service to guarantee the safety of the overall system. The automatic service and deregulation of the PSS in Wuqiangxi hydroelectric power plant are not considered when designed. The port technique between EMS and PSS along with the function of the PSS and its application are introduced in this paper.
