摘要
随着“高科技,高质量,高水平服务”的竞争格局的逐渐形成,提高服务质量成为企业扩大市场占有率的重要因素。该文在分析售后服务系统现状的基础上,采用先进的网络技术和计算机技术构建了基于网络的智能化售后服务系统(IntelligentAfterServiceSystem,IASS),为企业提高售后服务能力和质量提供了良好的解决方案。
With the competition developing in“Hi-tech,Hi-quality and Hi-service”,enhancing the service capacity and customer loyalty becomes an important factor in expanding market rate for enterprise.Based on analyzing the actualities of after service,the thesis builds an Intelligent After Service System which provides an excellent scheme for enterprise to improve the ability of service using advance network and information techniques.
