介绍了ODS对臭氧层破坏的危害,国内外环境保护团体针对此种危害所采取的各种措施、政策,我国实施ODS削减所取得的成绩及存在的困难。
This article discusses impair of ODS to ozone, actions and policies adopted by foreign and domestic environmental protection organizations and achievement and difficulties in minifying ODS in China.
