摘要
韶钢热电厂DG120t/h循环流化床锅炉在运行过程中出现了排渣难、锅炉出力达不到设计要求以及非金属材料内衬脱落等问题,严重地影响了锅炉的正常运行和经济效益。本文对此一一作了分析并采取了相应的对策,成功地解决了这些问题。
Such opera- tional faults as difficulty in tapping slag, under-rated steam yield and falling-off of the internal nonmetallic linings are likely to occur with the DG120t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler used in thermal power plant, thus severely affecting the operation and economical benefit of the boiler. These problems are then analyzed and solutions to them proposed in this report.
