提高加热炉加热能力的实践

Measures of enhancing the soaking furnaces capacity

针对广东省韶关钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称韶钢)四轧厂加热炉加热能力严重不足的问题,提出并实施了全密封热坯保温坑工程、加热炉油气混烧改造、空气换热器改造共3项技改,达到了提高炉子加热能力的目的,取得了良好的效果。

In view of the inadequate heating capacity of the soaking furnace with the No. 4 rolling mill at SISG, three technical modifications were made to improve it, including building a fully closed heat-retaining pit, adopting an oil-gas mixed burning technique, and up-grading the air heat-exchanger. As a consequence of the modifications, good results were obtained , with the heating capacity of the soaking furnace markedly increased.
