摘要
基于电磁理论 ,完成了重钢 15 0 mm× 2 10 mm断面内置式结晶器电磁搅拌器的工业化设计 ,并对搅拌器内的磁场分布进行了检测。结合工业试验 ,进行了使用工艺的优化 ,使连铸坯的等轴晶率提高到 4 7% ,铸坯质量有了大幅度提高。
Based on electromagnetic theory, an in mold electromagnetic stirrer was built for the billet caster with the strand section of 150 mm by 210 mm. The industrial experiment was carried out after measurement of magnetic field distribution. The operation was optimized with the experimental results. The billets with increased equiaxed zone and improved internal quality were produced. The performance of M EMS designed and manufactured domestically is equivalent to similar imported product.
