摘要
对平整轧制中轧辊表面微凸体形貌的复映率影响因素进行了理论分析和实验研究。结果表明 :平整变形区的摩擦系数、微凸体形貌分布的间距和截面直径等因素对形貌复映率有显著影响。摩擦系数减小 ,引起形貌复映率的降低 ,形貌间距与形貌复映率之间在一定范围内呈单调递增的关系。
The theoretical and experimental study of the influence on micro convex profile duplication during skin pass has been done.It is indicated that the factor in deformation area, distance between micro convexes and their size have banner effect on the duplication rate of topography.The duplication rate decreases with decrease of friction factor,the relation between distance of micro convexes and duplication rate is monotonically proportional within limits.The results of the experiment are agreed with the theoretical analysis.
