摘要
结合工业回转窑窑衬清理作业实际,设计了一种利用MATIAB实现机器人示教再现功能的开环控制机器人,以避免因恶劣环境中机器人内传感器可靠性不高给机器人的控制精度和可靠性带来的影响,对怎样利用MATLAB实现该功能的重点和难点进行了分析。
Combining the cleaning of industrial revolving tubular kiln,a kind of openloop robot which realizes robot's teachingbyshowing and showing is designed by using MATLAB.To avoid the influence on robot's control accuracy and reliability caused by the low reliability of inner sensors of robot in bad environment,the emphases and difficulties in the ways how to realize this function are analysed.
