铁路局运输部门的职能之一是保证企业的经济效益最大化,即运输收入的最大化。基于分局或路局请求车数审批的优化调整系统是在原来运输企业工作模式的基础上提出的一种新的思路与方法,解决了目前运输生产的盲目性,为企业的经济效益提供了良好的保证。详细阐述了目前的现状,并结合实际情况,做出了优化方案,提出了一种新的算法。

One of the functions of the railway transportation department is ensuring its maximal economic benefit, namelythe maximal income of transportation. The system of optimization and adjustment according to the requirements of thesubstations is a new system based on the working mode of transportation enterprise before. It eliminates the blindness oftransportation and guarantees the economic benefit of the enterprises. It was discussed the present condition in detail,proposed a new algorithm and showed out the plan of optimization according to the practice situation.
